Hello and welcome to the Fairford Associates website. My name is  Gary Draycott  and I am an Independent Recruiter. I began recruiting for the security industry in 1998. In 2004 I began trading independently under the name of Fairford Associates with the objective of providing a knowledgeable, friendly, ethical and reasonably priced recruitment service for the Security Industry. Fast forward to today and I now specialise not only in recruiting for the security industry (manned guarding and electronic security) but also the soft services sector (such as cleaning and ground maintenance) as many of my clients have become multi service suppliers.
