OCTOBER 2008 Fairford Associates improve their Terms of Business FREE replacement period, extending from twelve to twenty-four weeks. In order to further improve our service, we have recently reviewed our Terms of Business. The majority of our terms have in the main remained the same. However we have made one significant change. We have decided to DOUBLE the length of our FREE replacement guarantee from the existing twelve, to TWENTY-FOUR weeks. The revised replacement schedule is detailed below. Up to 4 weeks FREE replacement or FULL refund Weeks 4 to 24 FREE replacement We have instigated this improvement because experience tells us that the vast majority of Fairford Associates placements become productive, long-serving, and valued members of staff for their new employers. By extending our free replacement period, we have demonstrated the faith we have in our skills as recruiters, to find you the right person, whilst at the same time, offering our clients increased piece of mind for when events happen that are beyond their control. In order to qualify, the Client must pay the Agency’s fee within 14 days of the date of invoice and must notify the Agency in writing, of the termination of the Engagement within 10 working days of the termination. If the Engagement terminates before the expiry of 24 weeks from the commencement of the Engagement, (except where the Applicant is made redundant or relocates) the above refund/replacement schedule applies.
