Fairford Associates are now able to offer an independently audited BS7858:2006 compliant 5 year vetting service through an established provider. With the SIA handing out hefty fines to any company that employs non-vetted security people, it is crucial that you get these 5 year checks done as efficiently and accurately as possible and we all know that they can eat into your time and resources with endless phone calls, faxes and emails. For a fee of £99.00 per person they can take the whole process from start to finish, normally completing a whole file in 2 weeks so that you don’t have to be constantly chasing references and worrying that you won’t get the file finished in time. If you are currently doing these checks in-house, ask the people doing them what sort of problems arise and how long they take to complete. You may be surprised at the answer and at how much of your staff’s valuable time is going into this already.

particular type of interviewing is to predict future behaviour and thus, future
performance.
