FAIRFORD ASSOCIATES was established in 2004 with the declared aim of providing first class recruitment services for the UK manned security industry. Reflecting the business direction many of our clients were taking in 2006 we widened our services to include the supply of staff for security systems installers. Since then we have again reflected the needs of our clients by introducing our services to the cleaning/FM sector and to the manufacturers and distributors of security equipment.   

From our launch our philosophy has remained constant, which is to blend the professionalism and industry knowledge of a specialist recruiter together with the flexibility, personal service and cost effectiveness of an independent, owner operated consultancy. With our distinct focus on our chosen areas of the recruitment market we have developed a finely tuned understanding of the needs of our clients and candidates.
