FAIRFORD ASSOCIATES specialise in the recruitment of management, engineering, sales and support staff for the Manned Guarding, Contract Cleaning/FM, Manufacturers and Distributors of security products and Security System Installer sectors. The consultancy was launched in 2004 our prime aim was to provide the UK manned guarding industry with a superior quality, ethical recruitment service at a reasonable cost. Since then to meet our clients needs who have in many cases have diversified into cleaning and security systems, we have launched Security installer and Contract Cleaning divisions as well as a division for the manufacturers and distributors of security products. Manned Guarding - We recruit for the following posts Director level, Sales, Operational Security Officer & Support roles such as HR or Training. Contract Cleaning - Operational and sales roles. Security Systems - This division covers all Installation, Service, Commissioning, Project and Pre Sales Engineers, Sales roles, Project and General Managers, General Support Staff and Director Level positions. Manufacturers/Distributors or Security equipment - This division recruits Business Development Managers/Sales Executives/Sales Managers, General support and Technical roles, Management and Director level positions.
